North Fork Yuba River, Canyon Creek Trail, September 8, 2007
In September, in an exceptionally dry year, there are still new species blooming. This month, these
four were found at Canyon Creek, in its floodplain. There were several of the flowers seen at this site and along
the trail in the previous pages still in bloom as well, and many more in their seed stages.
